Chrome-Moly
Grade: 5 / 9 / 11 / 22 / 91
Applications:
- Steam, Boiler and heat exchanger

- Crude oil, sour crude and oil sand applications
Stainless Steel
Grade: 304L / 316L / 317L / 321 / 347
Applications:
- Used for exhaust manifolds, expansion joints, high temperature chemical process heat exchanger tubes, and recuperator tubes
- Good strength and toughness at cryogenic temperatures
- Heat exchangers, feedwater heaters, condensers, and evaporators
- Corrosion resistance to sour crude
High Yield Steel
Grade: From X52 to X100
Applications:
- High pressure pipeline onshore & offshore applications
- Gas pipeline transmission
- Sour gas resistance pipeline applications
- Subsea service
Nickel Alloy
Grade: 625 / 825
Applications:
- Components where exposure to sea water and high mechanical stresses are required
- Oil and gas production where hydrogen sulfide and elementary sulfur exist at temperature in excess of 302 F (150 C)
- Components exposed to flue gas or in flue gas desulphurization plant
- Flare stacks on offshore oil platforms
- Hydrocarbon processing from tar-sand and oil shale recovery projects
- Refining components exposed to SCC plus hydrogen sulfide attack
Clad
Grade: Stainless steel / Duplex / Ni Alloy / Hastelloy / Copper Nickel / Titanium
Base Metals: Carbon steel / Chromium-Molybdenum
Applications:
- Providing a long-life and high reliability corrosion resistance to harsh environment applications
- Very economical way to provide excellent corrosion resistance for steel structures without jeopardizing design thickness
